Privacy statement

This site belongs to Ben and Mandy, the owners of Casa Molino in Xàbia. Here you can read what happens to your data when you send an enquiry.

Who is responsible

Ben and Mandy, who rent out Casa Molino privately. You can reach them at mandyhaakman@hotmail.com.

Which data

When you fill in the enquiry form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you add it, your arrival and departure dates, the number of guests with their ages, and your message.

The site itself uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising services. The fonts and photos come from its own server.

What for

Only to answer your enquiry and, if you book, to arrange your stay. The ages are needed because the lead guest must be at least 21 and no more than six guests may stay. You ask for an offer yourself, which is the legal basis (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who else sees it

The site and the form run on a Hetzner server in Germany and are maintained by DSNS in Amsterdam. Your enquiry is emailed to Ben and Mandy and you get a confirmation. Those emails go through Google. These parties only process your data to make the site and the email work. Ben and Mandy do not sell your data and do not pass it on to anyone else.

How long

On the server an enquiry is deleted after six months. The emails are kept as long as needed for your enquiry or booking, and for what the law requires.

Your rights

You may see your data, have it corrected or deleted, and you can object. Email mandyhaakman@hotmail.com for this. If you are not happy with how it is handled, you can complain to the data protection authority in your own country, such as the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands or the AEPD in Spain.
