What does a stay cost?
From €192 per night. The price depends on the season and is for the whole house. We send you the price for your dates when we reply to your enquiry. Bed linen, final cleaning and the deposit come on top.
Which costs come on top of the rent?
Bed linen (€22.50 per person), final cleaning (€225) and a €500 deposit. These are compulsory. You get the deposit back within a week if everything is left tidy.
How does payment work?
Once your booking is confirmed, you pay 20% up front. The rest is due 6 weeks before arrival.
What if you have to cancel?
If you cancel more than 90 days before arrival, it costs nothing. After that you pay part of the rent: 30% from 90 days, 50% from 42 days, 75% from 28 days and 100% from 14 days before arrival.
Where exactly is the house?
In La Guardia Park, a quiet neighbourhood in Xàbia. You get the full address once your booking is final, together with an email about check-in, check-out and the house rules.
What are the house rules?
No smoking, no pets and no events. Quiet hours are from 00:00 to 06:00. Because Casa Molino is in the quiet neighbourhood of La Guardia Park, we do not rent to groups of young people.
